100% Outpatient Subspecialist Opening with Established Practice in Washington

A well-established Neurology practice in eastern Washington is actively seeking additional Neurologists to join a highly entrepreneurial, physician-led practice. This is a unique opportunity to join an established, independent group near downtown with significant infrastructure already in place, including ownership of the clinic, building, and on-site infusion center.

The practice is designed to support physicians who are interested in both clinical autonomy and the potential to participate in the business and growth of the organization. Those with a vision for their clinical interests, a strong work ethic, and an interest in contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment will be excellent fits for the team. Though the practice is already established in Movement Disorders/DBS, Headache, and Behavioral Neurology, there is volume to expand those areas further, and other subspecialties could also be well supported.

There is also a strong emphasis on clinical research through their research division, particularly in dementia and migraine, with research fully integrated into the practice. The group has achieved national recognition, including being the #1 enrolling site globally for two Alzheimer’s clinical trials. This provides an excellent opportunity for physicians interested in research to participate in cutting-edge clinical work while maintaining a productive practice.

Team and Clinic Highlights:
- Supported by a Physician Assistant, a Mental Health Counselor, nursing staff, and a friendly and hard-working group of receptionists, billing team and admin group
- Highly flexible model - shape your practice based on your clinical interests and desired schedule; happy to support full-time or part-time schedules
- The practice’s founder is eager to mentor early career Neurologists, and also welcome experienced physicians
- strong demand in the community, allowing for a broad scope of practice, including subspecialty interests.
- While primarily outpatient-focused, potential exists for inpatient coverage, if desired

Opportunity Highlights
- All outpatient subspecialty focuses can be supported, and built over time in addition to some general neurology
- No hospital call requirements or other after-hours responsibilities
- Support for clinical trials and other research interests
- Opportunity for teaching and academic appointment with the area’s two medical schools

Compensation:
- highly competitive compensation structure with base salary plus productivity bonuses for clinic
- Additional income opportunity for those with clinical research interests
- Robust benefits package – full medical, dental, and vision
- 10% annual contribution to 401(k)
- Opportunity for ownership in the practice, research division, and the building, if interested
