With strong administrative support, an experienced APP, and a flexible practice model, this position is ideal for a general urologist seeking autonomy and long-term growth. Those with interests in urologic oncology, especially prostate cancer, within a general urology framework, would be able to easily grow this volume. • 330 licensed beds, is a regional referral center
• Advanced imaging with a 64-slice CT scanner and Open Concept MRI

Position Highlights:
• Opportunity to build and grow a full-scope general urology practice
• Busy Cancer center—opportunity to grow oncology-related urology, especially prostate
• Strong referral network from surrounding rural communities
• Join an experienced Nurse Practitioner
• Office space readily available
• Robotics training preferred (da Vinci Xi surgical system with Trumpf bed and full positioning attachments available)
• Opportunity for 4-day workweek
• Call coverage: 10 days per month (5 days contractual + 5 days paid)
• Established anesthesia coverage for smooth surgical scheduling
• Dedicated surgery days with a fully supported surgical team
• Call burden described as manageable, not overly demanding
