Position Highlights:
* Immediate volume of complex spine cases available including scoliosis, spinal oncology, revisions, and degenerative spine
* ~200 cases first year, 250+ when established
* ~90+% spine case mix
* General call schedule is 1:3-4
* PAs handle all consults on general call
* O-Arm and Globus Excelsius 3D available
* OR Block time is available
* Research funding available and active clinical trials
* Clinical faculty appointment possible at partner institution
* Ability to teach medical students, non-neurosurgery residents and fellows, and PAs
* 11 neurosurgical PAs do consults and assist in OR and do all floor work
* Catchment size: 3 million people
* 13-bed Surgical ICU
