This cutting-edge community hospital offers Residency and Fellowship programs and is set to open a new Medical School in 2027, with academic affiliations established with Johns Hopkins. While joining an exceptional team of Urologists in collaboration with Johns Hopkins, you’ll have access to 4 Xi robots (dual-port) with a 5th on the way, with the ability to step into a busy practice from day 1.

• Robust Oncology program affiliated with Johns Hopkins

Practice Highlights:
• Joining an established urology practice alongside two exceptional Urologists
• Full-scope Urology position. Needs for General and Robotics Urologists. All subspecialty physicians are encouraged to apply. (Robotics not required)
• 1:3 Call and a goal of growing the service to 5 Urologists.
• Teaching opportunities available for physicians interested in working with Residents and Medical School Students (2027).
• Long-term program goal to open Urological Residency

Compensation:
• Starting Salary: $575,000 to $600,000
o Salary NEVER GOES AWAY
o Salary is eligible for an annual increase of up to 3%
• RVU production schedule in addition to a strong salary
o Ability to earn Top 90th income
• Retirement Planning with 2% Match Year 1
o Year 2+ the hospital Funds 4% of your salary (paid without a match requirement) in addition to the 2% match.
• Stipend Available: $1,000 Monthly
• Student Loans: $100,000 (paid over 4 years)
• Signing Bonus/Commencement Bonus: $50,000
o If no Student Loans, the Bonus increases to $100,000
• Relocation: Paid.
• CME: $5,500 Annually
• All Licensing and Renewals Paid
