A private practice in a beautiful Southern beach town is recruiting a US board eligible/certified neurosurgeon to join their successful private practice. The group has been in the community since 1972 and is very well established. Walk into immediate volume with the ability to grow your practice quickly.
The case mix will be mostly spine, although the group does see all types of cases including open vascular and skull base and someone with these interests can be accommodated. This opportunity comes with a practice sponsored one-year income guarantee and a 1 to 2-year partnership track. There is no buy-in to the practice, and the new partner can buy ownership into a very profitable ASC. The group has call contracts with two local admitting health systems, which include three hospitals. The practice has five neurosurgeons on staff.
The group admits to three local hospitals. The primary admitting hospital is a Level II, 150-bed all-private room facility and has been serving its community since 1967. There is also a Level II, 900-bed regional referral center providing the greatest depth and breadth of care to the community. The third hospital is a full service acute care hospital with more than 200 private patient suites, a 60-bed emergency care center, eight surgical suites, and an inpatient rehabilitation/recovery gym.
Practice highlights:
• Private practice with one-year group sponsored income guarantee
• No buy-in to practice, just buy-in to ancillary income opportunities
• Ancillary income opportunity includes ortho and neuro owned ASC with 2 ORs and expanding to 5
• Plenty of mentorship available for new grads from highly experienced partners
• 1-to-2-year partnership track
• Paid call contracts with all hospitals, PA assists with call
• Approximately 12 days call per month between 3 hospitals
• Immediate volume available, anticipate 200 cases in year 1
