Practice Highlights:
• Call will be 1:4-5 and is highly consultative in nature, APPs take first call
• Brand new clinic conveniently located on the same campus as the hospital
• APPs round, hold clinic, first assist in the OR, a new APP will be recruited for new hire
• Mentorship is readily available
• Extremely collegial environment among the neurosurgeons, practice staff and with hospital leadership
• Catchment area of 800k-1MM
• 150 cases to start with more than 250 once established
