Position Highlights:
• Position will cover full spectrum of URPS diagnoses, procedures, and patient population, as well as general urology.
• Join a collegial team of four experienced physicians—ideal for both seasoned providers and recently graduated fellows seeking strong mentorship.
• Position is part of Jefferson Urology’s community practice arm, offering a production-based compensation model with opportunities for teaching, if desired.
• Dedicated surgical OR space and access to three nearby Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) support a high-quality operative experience.
• Enjoy a favorable 1:10 call rotation, with residents taking first call to help maintain work-life balance.
• H1B visa sponsorship is available.
• Competitive compensation package includes a performance-based RVU structure, quality incentives, and a robust pension plan.
