100% Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, and General Neurology in the Picturesque Pacific Northwest

A well-established medical group in Eastern Washington is excited to hire a Movement Disorders Neurologist and an Epileptologist to join their collegial department and Neuroscience Institute. The team would also be excited to welcome a General Neurologist.

The Movement Disorders role will be fully subspecialized, with no requirements for seeing General Neurology or taking call. A central focus to the role will be collaborating on DBS and programming with the team’s Functional Neurosurgeon. Interest in DBS is a must, and though experience is preferred, the team is happy to train Movement Disorders Neurologists who are interested in it but haven’t been as involved with DBS to this point in their career.

The Epilepsy role will focus on an alternating schedule of Epilepsy clinic and EEGs for your own patients, as well as weeks covering EEG call and the EMU. The new physician will be hired to replace 1 of 2 Epileptologists who will be retiring at the end of 2027. The practice includes a 3-bed EMU and performs Phase I surgical evaluations, with patients referred out for surgeries. Currently working towards level 3 Epilepsy Center accreditation.
