Huge Private Practice in Desirable Carolinas Location Recruiting General Neurosurgeon

A very successful neurosurgical private practice in the Carolinas is recruiting a general neurosurgeon to join an established practitioner at a beautiful Carolinas location. The new neurosurgeon will operate at a Level II Trauma Center with nearly 300 beds as well as a brand-new non-trauma center. This opportunity provides a one-year income guarantee, after which the new neurosurgeon will transition to a newly established proprietary compensation model. It includes an ethical income sharing model and is above the 95th percentile. The case mix will be 80% spine, 20% cranial. The established surgeon's schedule is booked up through July, so someone can walk into immediate volume. There is a biplane suite at the hospital and someone with endovascular interests can be supported. Functional cases can be supported as there is an epileptologist on site and a movement disorders team nearby. Any cranial cases such as tumors and skull base can also be supported. All of these sub-specialties can be supported within the context of a general neurosurgery position. The hospital is equipped with Globus Robot with E3-D imaging, MRI, CT, Navigation, Radiosurgery, O-Arm, C-Arm. Block OR time is available.

The practice provides brain and spine care services, including adult and pediatric neurosurgery, spine surgery, physiatry, neurology, pain management, and physical therapy. They offer advanced surgical and non-surgical treatment for the entire spectrum of brain, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders, including brain tumors, spine deformities and injuries, stroke, epilepsy, congenital anomalies, concussions, neck and lower back pain, and pituitary tumors. Throughout the group’s history, their commitment to advancing the science and delivery of brain and spine care has remained the driving force for their success.
