Neurology Medical Director Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ

A large health system in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Neurology Service Line Medical Director to lead and expand its dynamic neurology team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned physician with strong clinical expertise and proven leadership experience to guide and grow their comprehensive, Valley-wide neurology services.

Opportunity Details:
• Recruiting a Neurology Service Line Medical Director to provide oversight for Valley-wide Neurology clinical performance
• The Medical Director is responsible for maintaining high clinical standards among providers and for leading the implementation and evaluation of system-wide quality initiatives
• The Service Line Medical Director includes up to 25 % administrative responsibilities, depending on the scope of oversight, with the remaining time dedicated to clinical duties
• Serves as an integral member of the clinical leadership team, fostering effective and collegial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Three years of leadership experience either within a medical group or hospital organized medical staff is preferred
• Mon- Fri schedule (with only general or ICU Stroke call)
