The neurology team is expanding to a total of seven neurologists, adding five new specialists to complement its existing group of four. The current team includes an interventional neurologist performing thrombectomies and a second neurosurgeon joining soon. The team also consists of a neurohospitalist, while three outpatient neurologists provide inpatient call on weekends.
The program is actively recruiting for the following positions:
• Neurohospitalist (7-on/7-off schedule)
• General Outpatient Neurologist with sub-specialty clinics in the following:
o Dementia Specialist
o Movement Disorders/Parkinson’s Specialist (will be the only one in the region)
o Multiple Sclerosis Specialist
o Neuromuscular/EMG Specialist (supported by five dedicated EMG technicians)
