Spine Neurosurgery Opportunity with Collaborative Private Practice in the Mid-Atlantic

A very well-regarded private practice of two pediatric neurosurgeons and two adult neurosurgeons in the Mid-Atlantic is interested in hiring a spine-focused neurosurgeon. The new neurosurgeon will walk into a very collaborative group offering mentorship for younger neurosurgeons and immediate volume. The current spine neurosurgeon is leaving amicably, so this is a turnkey opportunity. The practice has offices throughout northern NJ and covers several top-tier hospitals. Interests in minimally-invasive spine, complex spine, lateral approaches, and degenerative spine can all be well supported.

The practice covers and admits to several award-winning hospitals throughout its state. A Level II Trauma Center will be the new surgeon's primary hub; however, they will also have the opportunity to take call and admit cases at other hospitals.

Practice Highlights:
• Case mix of 85% spine and 15% general
• First year volumes expected to be 125-150 cases and 200+ once established
• Very collaborative/family centered environment with mentorship available for younger neurosurgeons
• Generous base salary plus incentive bonus; 3-year partnership track and terrific sustainable income
• Call will be ~7-8 days/month and supported by 6 mid-level PA’s.
• Opportunity to teach neurosurgery residents and be involved in collaborative clinical research.
