Due to increased volumes and retiring physicians, an award-winning non-profit health system is excited to recruit two general/spine focused neurosurgeons. Each location has spine and cranial navigation on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established health system, with dedicated neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers.
Opportunity One:
Due to a recent retirement, step into immediate volume at a 268-bed full-service hospital with 24/7 emergency care. The hospital is a level II trauma center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, and is the region's top neuro-specialized facility.
Position Highlights:
• The newly recruited neurosurgeon will participate in spine call only. Call is on average 1:3
• Case mix: spine only
• Additional responsibilities will include clinical care, teaching, and research activities
• Complex, reconstructive and routine spine cases
• Intraoperative neuromonitoring available: O-Arm, Medtronic Stealth
• Travel to off-site neuro clinic as needed
• Clinical research trials
• Academic faculty appointment available

• Case mix is 80% spine: 20% cranial
