A Southern medical center is excited to add a neurosurgeon to its busy team! Interests in general neurosurgery and spine will be well supported. New graduates and those with experience are welcome.

The neurosurgery department is the largest academic group in the area with full subspecialty coverage for both pediatric and adult neurosurgical pathologies. Practice Highlights:
• General Call will be 1:5 as shared with employed and community-based neurosurgeons
• Call is consultative in nature; APPs take all patient call, floor call, and ER call during the day
• 80/20 mix of spine and cranial cases
• Strong elective volume exists; the current practice has long wait times and is migrating cases out that can easily be captured
• Experienced practice management leadership and neuro-nursing staff
• The hospital has two Stealth systems, two O-Arms, and a CyberKnife
• 125 cases conservatively anticipated in year one with more than 250 expected once established
• Catchment area of 800,000
