Practice Highlights:
• Walk into immediate volume as two ortho spine surgeons have recently left the area and the hospital aims for neurosurgery to assume the case volume
• Seven days of call per month shared with one full-time neurosurgeon and a permanent part-time neurosurgeon who does not have an elective practice
• 80/20 mix of spine and cranial work
• APPs take first call; hospitalists admit patients
• 150 cases anticipated in year one with more than 250 once established
• Mazor robot, O-Arm, Stealth navigation, Kinevo microscopes on site
• Block OR time available
