A leading healthcare system in southern Washington is excited to hire two Neurologists to join their collegial team. The system serves approximately 360,000 patients and a broader secondary region of over 500,000, offering significant opportunity to build a busy and rewarding practice with strong community demand for Neurology.
The roles are primarily focused on Outpatient Neurology, though there is strong flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests within a general neurology framework. Approximately 50% subspecialty volume is available, particularly in Headache, Movement Disorders, Dementia, and Epilepsy. Multiple Sclerosis could also be a great fit, with openness to candidates who could help support succession planning for the team’s current MS provider. The outpatient clinic is also supported by experienced MAs and RNs who assist with patient care coordination and inbox management.
The practice includes a flexible structure with opportunities for both a fully outpatient-focused Neurologist and a hybrid-outpatient Neurologist participating in a 7-on/7-off model. Inpatient volumes are light, with an average daily census of approximately 8 patients and 2–3 consults per day. The team also utilizes tele-stroke, keeping call to only general inpatient coverage. Overnight disruptions are also very limited, with efforts made to reduce late-night calls. Compensation is structured with a combination of salary for inpatient responsibilities and productivity-based earnings for clinic, allowing for strong income potential.

• Productivity-focused compensation model with strong wRVU potential
• Predictable and flexible schedule supporting excellent work-life balance
Position Highlights – Hybrid 7-on/7-off Outpatient Neurology
• General Neurology role combining outpatient clinic and inpatient consultative care
• 7-on/7-off schedule with clinic (Monday–Friday) during service weeks
• Manageable inpatient census of ~8 patients with 2–3 consults per day
• Typically rounding briefly before and after clinic
• Majority consultative; stroke managed via tele-stroke program
• Limited overnight call burden, only very rarely receiving calls between 9pm – 7am
• Weekends typically low volume with strong hospitalist and critical care support
• Compensation model includes salaried inpatient component plus wRVU-based outpatient productivity
• Opportunity for high earnings driven by busy clinic volume during on weeks
