Private Practice in Desirable Texas City Seeks Spine Fellowship Trained Neurosurgeon

A premier private practice in a large Texas city is excited to add a spine focused neurosurgeon to join their team. This cohesive group has a long-standing reputation for providing high quality patient care. A spine fellowship is highly desired. Mentorship is readily available for new graduates, those with experience are also welcome.

The practice admits to a 160-bed, non-designated trauma center. This medical center offers state-of-the-art technology and equipment including a brand new operating room integrated with Airo and BrainLab navigation. The hospital also has two O-Arms and Zeiss microscopes. In addition, there is 24-7 intensivist coverage in the ICU, a dedicated full-time neurosurgery O.R. staff and full time neuroradiology coverage including an interventionist.

Practice Highlights:
•Call will be 1:7
•Approximately 150 cases anticipated in year one with 300+ anticipated once established
•Case mix of 70/30 spine and cranial work
•Group employs six Advanced Practice Providers who assist with rounding, cases and clinic; one will be provided to new hire when appropriate
•Ancillary opportunities for income available
•Tort Reform State
