A large hospital in Texas is excited to welcome an additional gastroenterologist to their practice. The incoming gastroenterologist will join two other GI physicians and several APPs in the practice. This opportunity has immediate volume for experienced gastroenterologists and can offer mentorship to physicians completing their fellowship. The position has a tremendous work/life balance with no call responsibility and a 4-day work week.

Position Highlights:
• Will join existing practice of two experienced gastroenterologists.
• Opportunity is for a general gastroenterologist or advanced gastroenterologist looking for a mix of general GI
• Outpatient only with no inpatient coverage. There is an opportunity for those who still want to see inpatients to do so.
• Zero on-call responsibilities, unless desired.
• Flexible schedule with either a 4-day (10-hour days) or 5-day (8-hour) work week.
• For those who are interested, teaching opportunities and a faculty appointment with local university are available
• The hospital has new, state-of-the-art equipment, including two new endoscopy rooms opening this month as well as a dedicated ambulatory surgery center.
• J1 & H1B visas can be accommodated.
• Excellent compensation that will exceed the 75%th of MGMA median.
