Practice Urology in Charlotte, NC metro-area

A large health system in the northern region of North Carolina is excited to welcome a urologist to their team. One would join three other urologists and an APP, and can step into immediate volume. This is perfect for new grads, as mentorship will be available, but also great for experienced urologists. This is a general urology practice, robotic skills are a plus! This is a not-for-profit integrated system of 15 medical centers and over 1,800 physicians in more than 800 locations in addition to numerous outpatient surgery centers, medical plazas, rehabilitation programs, diagnostic imaging centers, and community health outreach programs.

Position Highlights:
• Incoming urologist will join 3 urologists, 1 PA
• Established patient base
• Mentorship available
• Reasonable call; 1:4 at single facility
• Robotic experience is a plus
• Easy access block OR time on day one (Full day of OR)
• Compensation includes 2 year guarantee, uncapped salary, bonus potential, CME and relocation allowances
• Ability to buy-in to ancillaries, ie, Surgery Center
• Ability to support H1B Visa candidates
