Urology Opportunity with Large Medical Center in Sunny California!

A locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare network, the region's largest healthcare provider and private employer is recruiting an additional urologist to join its thriving practice. One will work closely with well-established Urologists and experienced Nurse Practitioners who are committed to mentorship and collegiality. General urologists, or those with subspecialty training or special interest in Uro Oncology, Endourology, or URPS are welcome. Those interested in part-time or flexible schedules, including Uro-Hospitalist, can be accommodated.

Medical Center Details:
• 685 licensed beds
• Level I trauma center
• Three Da Vinci Xi robots available, with strong hospital investment in advanced surgical platforms
• Urology clinic with latest technology and equipment attached to the hospital

Position Highlights:
• Opportunity for general urologists as well as subspecialists, particularly those with oncology and robotic interests
• Join two urologists, 3 APPs
• 1:4 in a single hospital with full support from Advance Practice Providers (APPs) in clinic and on-call
• Clinic is designed with advanced technology to support efficient workflows and enhance patient care
• Sophisticated clinic equipment including UroNav, Urodynamics, Urocuff, EP1, EP1, Aquablation for an enlarged prostate, Bluelight cystoscopy for bladder cancer
• Excellent clinic staffing and ability to perform Rezum, Barrigel, Urolift and much more
• EPIC EMR
• Lucrative compensation and full benefits package, including employer retirement contributions: $600,000-$800,0000
• Will accommodate part time or flexible schedules, including a Uro-Hospitalist
• H1B visa holders are welcome
