Outpatient Neurology and Neurocritical Care Opportunities in Upstate New York with excellent compensation

A large healthcare system in Upstate NY is recruiting for additional outpatient neurologists and neurointensivists to join its division. Generalists and subspecialists in clinic would be well-supported, though headache and movement disorders neurologists would be especially welcomed!

Outpatient Position Highlights:
- EEG, EMG and IOM capabilities
- High referral numbers
- Sleep lab available for sleep subspecialist
- Step into immediate volume for entirely subspecialized practice in movement disorders and headache medicine
- J1 and H1b visa assistance

Neurocritical Care Position Highlights:
- 7 on - 7 off schedule, 24/7 coverage during on week
- Medical/ Surgical/ Neuro ICU with 14 beds, flexed to meet each service's needs. Separate 16-bed cardio-vascular ICU
- Bi-planar angio, Camino ICP monitoring equipment, CSF drainage equipment, cEEG monitoring
- Avg. daily patient census is 8-10
- NeuroICU with 2 fellowship trained neurointensivists
- Close collaboration with neurosurgery and neurointerventional services
- Faculty appointment at SUNY Upstate
- APC support
- Epic EMR
