We’re proud to be exhibiting at the 15th Annual Society of Women in Urology (SWIU) Clinical Mentoring Conference, happening January 30–31, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.
As one of the fastest-growing professional organizations in urology, SWIU is dedicated to supporting the professional development and career advancement of women urologists and urologists of underrepresented genders through education, advocacy, and mentorship. With more than 2,000 members nationwide, including practicing urologists, residents, fellows, and nearly 500 medical students—SWIU represents both today’s leaders and the future of the specialty.
The Clinical Mentoring Conference is the largest in-person gathering of women in urology, welcoming approximately 250 attendees from across the country. The program features a dynamic mix of educational sessions, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and technical exhibits, all designed to support clinical growth, leadership development, and career progression at every stage.
What makes this meeting truly unique is the opportunity for meaningful, cross-generational connection. Attendees include leaders in academic urology such as department chairs, program directors, and faculty, alongside residents, fellows, and students. Many participants serve as key decision-makers within their institutions and maintain influential networks across research, education, administration, and recruitment.
