Praise for our APP Recruiter, Bethany Smith:

August 30, 2017

I would like to thank you very much for all your help in connecting me with Princeton Brain and Spine as well as helping me get a job offer and keeping my mind at ease.  As a new graduate, I didn’t know what to expect through this process and it was amazing to have you there.  Thank you for all your hard work.

Scientific Study Addressing the Shortage of Neurosurgeons in the United States Published

This scientific study titled "Is there a shortage of neurosurgeons in the United States?" was published in the August 2013 issue of Neurosurgery, the Official Journal of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and also published by PubMed in August of 2013. Principals at RosmanSearch, Inc., in conjunction with 3 leading neurosurgeons, completed a scientific study to determine if there is, in fact, a shortage of neurosurgeons in the United States. The study provides valuable insight into the factors influencing the recruiting and hiring of neurosurgeons and the corresponding challenges facing decision makers, Neuroscience Directors, hospital administrators and human resource managers at academic institutions, private practices and hospitals.
