Meet Victoria Pacheco

Victoria joined RosmanSearch in September 2025 with a clear mission to create intentional, relationship-driven outcomes that put people first. With over a decade of experience in customer service, she brings a deeply human approach to her work—rooted in trust, thoughtful communication, and genuine connection.

Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Victoria attended Youngstown State University and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. Her passion for healthy lifestyles and mental health began in grade school through early involvement in sports and grew through her later experience as a Fitness Specialist, where she worked hands on with clients to meet their goals. This appreciation for quality of life, personal values, and wants and needs for clients now guides her professional work and the meaningful connections she continues to create.
