Meet Tom Alexander

Tom joined Rosman Search with a clear mission to build trusted relationships and thoughtfully connect gastroenterologists with practices where they can thrive both professionally and personally. His background in executive leadership, business development, and strategic growth gives him a strong understanding of how organizations make decisions, plan for the future, and define success. More importantly, it shaped his approach to listening carefully, asking the right questions, and guiding high-stakes conversations with clarity and integrity. He understands that a career move is never just about compensation or call schedules. It is about long-term goals, family considerations, culture fit, and quality of life.

Born in Monterey, California and raised primarily in Ohio, Tom values community, hard work, and long-term commitment. He is married with three children and two dogs, and much of his time outside of work is spent coaching youth wrestling and investing in his family. He believes the strongest professional partnerships are built the same way strong teams and families are built, through trust, consistency, and genuine connection.
