Meet Tamina Masina

Tamina brings 20 years of healthcare staffing experience, supporting physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide. She is passionate about helping healthcare facilities meet their staffing needs through both locum tenens and permanent placements—ensuring patients continue to receive excellent care. Tamina has worked with private practices, hospital systems, and federal agencies across a wide range of specialties. In her current role, she helps connect physicians with opportunities to perform Veteran exams, supporting veterans as they access the benefits they’ve earned.

Based in South Carolina near the beach, Tamina enjoys visiting her four sons and extended family in Utah whenever she can. Outside of work, you’ll often find her spending time with her “fur babies” on walks or relaxing at home—unless she’s out enjoying a live music event.
