Morgan is an operations-focused leader who specializes in creating a seamless and reliable experience for Locum Tenens physicians throughout every stage of their assignment. With a background in staffing and a deep understanding of the operational demands of healthcare recruitment, she plays a key role in ensuring that providers, clients, and internal partners receive consistent, high-quality support.

In her role as Recruiting Operations Manager, Morgan oversees the coordination and administrative infrastructure that supports the Locums Team. She manages scheduling workflows, contract and timesheet accuracy, travel logistics, onboarding processes, and the essential day-to-day systems that keep placements running smoothly. She also leads and develops the recruiting support function, guiding her team toward excellence in both service and execution.

Morgan is known for building lasting relationships with physicians and serving as a trusted resource from placement through assignment completion and beyond. Her ability to anticipate needs, maintain exceptional organization, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment allows her to improve processes, strengthen communication, and create a dependable operational foundation for the entire Locums Team.
