Meet Joe Peoni
Government Recruiter
Joe Peoni grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he developed a lifelong passion for Indiana sports. A dedicated athlete from an early age, he played high school football and basketball before joining the U.S. Army shortly after 9/11.
Joe served 10 years in the Army as an Infantryman and completed two combat tours in Iraq. During his military career, he was selected for recruiting duty, a role that ultimately brought him to Florida, where he now resides.
With more than 15 years of recruiting experience, including the last seven years focused in the government sector, Joe brings deep expertise and a strong sense of service to his work. His background in both military service and recruiting allows him to connect with candidates and clients in a meaningful and disciplined way.
Outside of work, Joe is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Krista, have been together for 12 years and have three children: London, Penelope, and Troy. In his free time, Joe remains an avid Indiana sports fan and enjoys giving back to his community as a middle school and flag football coach.
