Our team is looking for a high-energy, experienced professional to drive results in the company’s first-ever dedicated new business development role. This leader will work closely with our tight-knit executive and recruiting teams to drive continued success and expansion. A collaborative, partnership approach is key, as you will work shoulder to shoulder with our experienced, specialized expert recruiters to drive new client relationships. This leader must have demonstrated experience driving new business results, and a true commitment to quality and customer service. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills are vital.
Deep experience in all facets of physician recruiting and business development are essential. A minimum of 10 years in healthcare recruiting and staffing, with 5+ years specifically in physician recruiting and 3+ years in business development is required. Healthcare executive recruiting (chair and other medical leadership positions) is a plus.
