A charming city in the South just outside of a major city is seeking a spine-focused neurosurgeon to join their busy and well-respected practice. Walk into immediate volume as the program has had a recent retirement. The service line has also seen tremendous growth and they would like to capture cases that are leaving the area. The new neurosurgeon can expect 180 cases in their first year and 300 once established. Call is not burdensome and shared with the community neurosurgeons. This is not a heavy trauma position.

• Case mix is 80% spine; 20% cranial
• Call is shared with current partner as well as community neurosurgeons, 7 days a month and rarely needs to go in
• NPs and PAs assist with patient pre and post ops, surgical assist and rounds
• Built-in referrals from employed primary care and other employed specialties, ED, and members of the clinic
• Block OR time available
