Researcher/Database Coordinator for APP


Job Summary:  Oversee nurse and physician database functions to ensure contacts are accurate and up to date.

Major Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Research and maintain data regarding nurses and physicians to assist recruiters in filling specific positions.
  • Input data into our on-line database accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data regularly and update as necessary.
  • Run reports as needed.
  • Coordinate email blasts.
  • Support recruiters with accurate information and assistance on searches.
  • Write email blasts and assist with candidate and client descriptions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to help the team.

Relationships:  Reports to Recruiting and Operations Manager.
