How will you spend your time as a Recruiting Coordinator?
- Learning the RosmanSearch way by partnering with and shadowing experienced Executive Search recruiters on our team;
- Providing administrative support to our team of experienced recruiters;
- Entering data into our CRM, tracking follow-ups, and organizing client and candidate information;
- Generating leads for our experienced recruiters to follow up on;
- Crafting marketing materials to send to candidates and clients, including drafting emails, candidate summaries, and promotional materials;
- Additional duties as assigned.
