Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: Assist with office administrative tasks
Primarily Responsible for:
- Maintaining general office and kitchen supplies.
- Order and manage computer hardware and phones.
- Assist with HR functions
- Manage office lunches (typically 2x per month).
- Assist with Trade Show management including managing print materials and other supplies.
- Maintain office staff list.
- Coordinate staff birthday list.
- Coordinate corporate gifts.
- Other duties as assigned to help the team.
Provide Backup for:
- Non-financial monthly reports
- Check writing and other basic accounting as needed
Relationships: Reports to President
- Excellent organization and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
