Accounting and Trade Show Administrator


RosmanSearch is a rapidly growing, client-focused, specialized recruiting firm. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our close-knit team. 

Job Summary: Oversee day to day tasks associated with all accounting functions including accounts receivable and payables. Coordinate all tasks associated with trade shows.

Major Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Trade show registration and coordination
  • Coordinating travel arrangement
  • General office tasks
  • Potential basic data entry/quality assurance (based on interest/ability).  

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort/speed with Excel, Outlook, basic accounting systems are a must.  Experience with CRM (ie Salesforce), basic internet tools will help drive success.

Relationships:  Reports to Recruiting and Operations Manager.
