Neurohospitalists, General Neurologists, and Outpatient Sub-Specialists Needed at Medical Center in Pennsylvania - J-1 Visa Waivers Available

A well-regarded medical center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania is seeking neurohospitalists, general neurologists, and neurologists with subspecialty interest in multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, concussion, TBI, and ALS. All subspecialty interests are welcome, in the context of a general neurology practice. J-1 visa waivers are available.

This hospital is the flagship hospital of the system, and is the most technologically sophisticated hospital between Pittsburgh and Hershey.

Hospital Highlights:
• Level I Trauma Center
• Primary Stroke Center
• Advanced technology includes robotic-assisted surgery
• 3-bed EMU
• State-of-the-art EEG lab

Neurohospitalist Position Highlights:
• 7-on/7-off scheduling
• Average 200 consults/month
• Call is taken telephonically
• Ability to read EEG/EMG a plus
• J-1 visa waivers available
• Very competitive compensation package including, sign-on bonus, insurance benefits, and relocation assistance

Outpatient Position Highlights:
• General neurology, stroke, epilepsy, ALS, brain injury, and multiple sclerosis well-supported
• All sub-specialty interests welcome in context of general neurology
• 30% sub-specialty volume available to start
• Large catchment area, from all over western Pennsylvania
• Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm schedule
• J-1 visa waivers available
• Very competitive compensation package including, sign-on bonus, insurance benefits, and relocation assistance
