An academic center in Southern California is seeking two experienced spine-focused neurosurgeons to develop a spine center of excellence at a community hospital in the area.
Leadership skills and experience are highly desired.
The position offers a faculty appointment and the opportunity to participate in resident education and clinical research, if desired.
• Call will be 1:3-4
• 130 cases anticipated in one with more than 225 cases expected once established
• Limited competition in the area
• Block OR time available
• Case mix of 80/20 spine and cranial work
• APP will be provided to new hires
New faculty will join in implementing the department’s strategic vision and will have access to cutting edge treatment modalities, and psychosocial and educational support to patients, families, and physicians.
