A large health system in the Midwest is recruiting two neurosurgeons due to expansion and to replace a neurosurgeon that left. Join two busy and hard-working neurosurgeons at a very supportive hospital. Walk into existing volume as neurosurgeons are currently doing about 15,000 wRVUs/year including one neurosurgeon who sees 95% spine and 5% cranial and the other neurosurgeon who sees 75% spine and 25% cranial cases. Cranial-focused neurosurgeons can start with 25% cranial volume with room to grow the cranial practice as complex cranial cases are currently leaving the area. New grads and experienced neurosurgeons are welcome to apply.
