The new neurosurgeon can expect immediate volume and the opportunity to develop a busy clinical practice very quickly. One of the senior partners has been working in the community and has established a very robust surgical practice. They are ready to start slowing down their practice and are prepared to hand cases over to the new hire. Mentorship is available for a younger neurosurgeon as the current neurosurgeon in the community is happy to stay for a while to help ramp up the new hire, and the partners in the main campus practice are planning to rotate through to offer mentorship.
Practice Highlights:
• General neurosurgery practice
• C-arm with plans to add O-arm and Stealth Navigation with the new hire
• Opportunity to do a mix of 80% spine and 20% cranial
• Dedicated NP in the practice
• Call is flexible at the hospital and can also take call at main campus if desired
• You can live halfway between this community and the main campus if desired
• 8 PAs employed by the group

• Collegial partners with a solid history in the community and a supportive hospital system
The new hire will work at the non-trauma community hospital and will start with with 2 days per week of block OR time with room for expansion.
The group has its own surgery center and ownership in the surgery center will be offered once partner.
