The hospital is a brand-new, private, level II trauma, specialty care hospital with state-of-the-art equipment for neuro-vascular, neurosurgical oncology and general neurosurgery cases. It receives patients from 15 counties in the state and provides care in 65 specialties and subspecialties.
Practice Highlights:
- APPs take first call; neurosurgeons generally go in at night once a month
- 1:3 for general call
- 80% spine: 20% cranial for general neurosurgeon
- Block OR time
- Outreach clinic 2-4x/month
- Equipment includes Stealth Navigation, Variant TrueBeam Linear Accelerator, O-Arm, C-Arm, Biplane GE
